Delivery: You will be contacted by a member of our team when your products are in, and we will make deliveries as arranged with team management. Returns: All custom orders are to be paid in full at the time of order. You can pay via eTransfer, cheque, cash, Visa or Mastercard. By making payment for your custom order, you are accepting the most recent digital product preview of your customized product as an accurate representation of the product you are requesting and giving permission to begin the production process. All custom products are made-to-order. Once an item has been customized it cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, we do not accept any returns on custom or special-order items* Custom or personalised orders (Items may only be exchanged for replacement in the event of an error made by Team Sports Unlimited). Exchanges are for non-customized products and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Prices per calendar year are capped at a maximum of 5% growth per inflation * Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery to resolve any issues.
